How to delete your account

In the app

1. Open GramCheck and sign in.
2. Open the Profile tab.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete next to Delete account.
4. Confirm with Delete account.

On this page

1. Enter the phone number and password you use to sign in to GramCheck.
2. Tick the box to confirm.
3. Select Delete my account.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, phone number, email, password and Telegram link
• Your sign-in sessions on every device
• The payment receipts you saved in your history
• The bank accounts you saved for matching payments
• Your wallet and any remaining balance, which is forfeited and not refunded

If you own a business

Deleting an owner account also deletes the business:

• The business and all of its branches
• Every employee login you created
• All payment receipts saved by the business and its employees
• The business wallet and any remaining balance

If you are an employee

Your login and personal details are deleted. Payment receipts you scanned for your employer belong to the business and stay in its history, no longer linked to your name.

What is kept

We keep a small set of payment records for accounting and audit purposes after your account is deleted:

• Top-up payment records: amount, reference number, date, and the payer name and phone shown on the payment receipt
• Wallet ledger entries and promo code redemptions: amounts and dates

Nothing else is retained. Deleted data is removed from our systems immediately. See our privacy policy for more.
